They all have some lil issue....all my show dogs tails are docked, all docked in the same manner and they don't have rear issues....Oh! I might add that her brother and siblings from earlier and subsequent litters have the same issue.....could be in the line....
I've also, seen others that have been pounced on from the rear and have a fear of anyone coming up and touching their rears.....

I have ones that are sensitive to the way they are handled when placed in a stack position....don't touch my legs, don't touch my neck, leave my ears alone.....just work around those issues....
