Yes they are and they are very very smart dogs. Amazing!! They all go on the potty pad and have been for the past 3 weeks. By the time my Yorkie babies are leaving, they are going on the potty pad about 50-75% of the time, but my Papillons are going 99% of the time. And talk about soft!!! They feel like bunnies, they are so soft.
