I agree.......If not, there would not be an obesity epidemic
I have tried everything on this earth to lose weight.........NOTHING but a healthy diet and ocassional walking (emabarassed icon goes here).........has worked. I lost a TON of weight and have kept it off the right way.
Usually, I lost and gained triple the amount.
Opinions will vary, but I am stating my personal facts
BUT, I would say........try it and let us know
