When I got Lacy at 10 weeks she weighed just 17 ozs, she also gained weight very slowly...Her parents were small, no matter what I gave her to eat she just did not gain that much, However the vet said she was fine...Now we are at 5 months and she weighs about 1.8 oz, also on track for 2 lbs full grown..She has very tiny paws and very small features so I think she will just be tiny as will your tiny guy...Its definatly harder to find clothes that small though...so don't worry....
