I'm trying. I'm on my 11th day. I don't feel the urge hardly ever, but this nausea is just getting the best of me. I'm not sure what nicotrol is, but since I don't really have that much of an urge, I don't think I need it.
The nausea and bad taste in my mouth is almost unbearable at times. I've thought about just finishing going cold turkey, but I'm afraid I'll go back to smoking more. I just can't stand this nausea, but I'm gonna keep going for a little while yet. I did check the web-site to see if they had any suggestions, but all it says is most people get over it. I sure hope I do and soon!!
