Try Canidae All Life Stages. Not many dogs will turn their noses up at this! Add a little warm water or chicken stock to get her started if she's kibble-shy.

Also, try to stick to the "normal" ingredients like chicken and lamb, so if she gets allergic to things later in life you can start her on the more exotic proteins like salmon or bison or venison or rabbit.
