Evey time I see something like this I think maybe it's time to shut the schools down & have it all done electronically...the schools around here are always saying their short on funds, cutting sports, music, cutting buses,closing schools & squishing kids into neighboring schools, etc.etc....they will not be able to stop this kind of thing & it's scary......
