Ok, so Lexie's daddy and I have decided to make the switch to Canidae All Life Stages. She's now on a dry kibble, moist mix and we keep dry kibble out for her. How should we make the switch to Canidae? Should we do the 1-2 week weaning thing, or what would you all suggest? Any advice would be hugely appreciated. Thank you in advance
