Hi Sara. I have a 4 lb. Morkie (Maltes/Yorkie Mix) She too is litter box trained. She's a little over a year now. What I notice is that she does not like her pad to be wet. If the pad is peed on more then say two or three times she will not use it again. You may want to try changing it more often. This could be a possiblility. Believe me Tia's pad is not by any means dirty - she just does not like it when it's used more than two or three times. If we don't change it she'll poop somewhere else. Also, we remove the poop off her pad every time she goes or again she won't go in again. Hope this helps. Elaine |
