If you want him to stand at stud you will have to use a bellyband. I make Willie's by using a wide headband (stretchy). I hem the ends and stitch on a piece of velcro fastening on one end. For pads, I get the thinnest pads for urinary incontinence and cut them in half cross-ways. They have a self-stick backing. Good Luck
