Interesting!

I have been heavy since I can remember.......I can honesly say that every time I got on the treadmill-I gained

When you have been heavy since childhood you develop more fat cells. Unfortunately, they DON'T go away and the reason why some people (I'm a prime example) will struggle all their lives to lose weight and keep it off.

I swear, I smell a donut or see someone else eat it and I GAIN WEIGHT

I used to be 303lbs.........I am down to the 120's. I can gain 10lbs in a few days (I kid you not).

My biggest problem right now......is the extra skin I have left. I need surgery!

*sigh*
