My sister has been a runner for 15 + years amd never lost weight. I started for the first time exercising last October at the age of 54 and I hate cardio so I have been doing weight, strenght and resistence classes and I lost 2 lbs ( I really don't need to loose weight just tone up a lot) and I have toned up a lot, love handles gone, tummy firmer and legs have definition in them for the first time. So I believe in this training for me over cardio. |
