All I can tell you is my opinion and like I said, from everything I know, that is a BIG size difference. Does that mean a whelp will absolutely be impossible? No, not impossible.
You have to decide how big a risk you are willing to take here. My personal opinion would be to have her spayed, thus aborting any possible pregnancy, but that is just me. You just have to realize, whatever your decision, this is pretty much a time sensitive issue.
