8 week puppies don't hold very much at a sitting. It is important that every mouthful be packed full of nutrients. Unless puppy is having diarrhea (yogurt helps with that), I would not give it very much, maybe a teaspoon or too. You want him to be hungry at meal time. Also make sure it is plain or vanilla, low fat or non-fat and sweetened only with honey, sugar, or no sweetener at all.
