Ok at first I thought well she is making an effort to deal with keeping both you and her happy and safe. After reading the holding the rocket thingy, I have to say its best for you to just do the best you can in this situation. She might not be all there and perhaps its best not to rock the boat. I would just pick up my dog and hold him till im out of sight of her dog if need be. Since you say you cant or dont really have good places to park a car and spaces are limited I think i would compromise and hold him till I got where it was safer to walk him. I always opt for non-confrontational dealings whenever possible especially since its a neighbor who may not be the easiest to get along with it sound like. |
