I would try putting away all the bones and toys and just letting them play, until they learn how to behave together. Also, maybe you should stick to giving Siu Pau attention, and your friend should stick to giving her cocker attention. That way no one gets jealous. They'll probably get along better as time goes on, and you won't have to worry anymore.
