$7.99 (plus $3.50 for shipping) was the buy it now price. It was originally $8.99 + $5.00 for shipping. I emailed and asked them if they would be willing to lower the price and they did!
I did call my local Target, just to make sure that they didn't have them for less, but they were all sold out. The girl at Target said that discount things go quickly. So, I just went ahead and bought the one from ebay. Their ebay profile said that they have 2 left. Here is the info:
