It's called a loose perm over here or a spiral perm, depends which saloon you go to, I showed my saloon the pic and they said they could do it like that and it would last 8 - 10wks before it would drop out completely...
Shall I puck up the courage to have it done then to go with my new colour... it's a very brave move on my part! lol
