Tough one. I have to give the lady credit though...she recognizes the problem and is at least being somewhat considerate by trying to keep her dog in when you are out with Max. She's not obligated to even make that effort, really... I would just walk Max somewhere else or continue trying to cooperate and not go out at the same time. I can however see why that would be bothersome for you though... |
