My teapot stopped growing at about 10 months. He is a whopping 9 - 9 1/2 pounds of energy. The breeder said he would be about 5 - 6 pounds and the vet confirmed that when he went to his first checkup (at this time he fit into the palm of my hand). I love his larger size. When I get a sister or brother for Conner (or should I say if), I would also like the larger size.
