You spend some time telling them how you want it done
I think it goes in one ear & out the next,they just dont listen
Minnie came back as a Chiuawhawa(sp)...They gave me the wrong dog
Since then i get my son to do it,he does a lovely job & spends a good 3 hrs on Minnie
