Don't worry about the shaking, Jewelina shakes a good bit, especially if she doesn't have any clothes on, she gets cold very easily. I think size has a lot to do with it, they are so tiny they can't really keep as warm as some of the bigger ones can. Jaden shakes as well when he gets cold but not as much as Jewelina. I'd just keep some Nutri-cal on hand in case you need it. I've never had to use it with either of mine but you always want to have it just in case with these tiny babies!
