well i don't know what government sponsered health care means.. but if it means our health care is free.. then yes. so i imagine if you wanted surgery sooner yuo'd go to the states where you would have to pay which would get you in sooner... i have a feeling that i can go to my doctor and tell her i need in in the next month and she will get it changed.. i think my surgeon felt i was getting by.. perhaps i gave him the impression that things were fine... wrong impression
