I haven't cut Cali's hair yet. I actually want it to be a pretty nice length "beard". One thing that might help you out, though, is possibly getting an upright water bottle for your Yorkie to drink from. It REALLY helps in keeping their face from soaking wet all the time. I feed Cali only dry food, so these two things combined keeps her face from getting so gross all the time.
