Oh I am sad that happen to her. I am glad there is help and glad she was not hurt. Will the vet give you medicine just in case the Male had a STD. If he is out loose running around who knows how many females he has hit. I wish there was a law that says if a male is caught loose with out being fixed. That he would be have to get fixed. I also feel the owner should have to pay half the vet bill. I get so mad when I see loose dogs or owners who dont clean up after them.
