Some places like best buy or Comp USA will do a computer restore for $99.00...they clean up your whole hard drive but what a hassle...
I have a few minutes and am searching for some IE repair sites - you should be able to do this on your own if you find the right site with some easy help....there's so much junk to weed thru you know ??
