Don't be concerned about his weight. Although the standard is under 7 pounds full grown, there are a lot of wonderful, beautiful yorkies on here that are bigger. There will be a lot less for you to worry about as he gets older because he is so big. There really isn't a "normal" weight for yorkies at that age, because they all develop differently.
