Here's my favorite spinach dip recipe:

1 package frozen spinach
1 package knorrs vegetable soup mix
8 oz sour cream
8 oz mayo
1 can sliced water chesnuts

drain spinach and then use paper towels to soak up all excess moisture from the spinach. Break water chesnuts into fourths. Mix together all ingredients and refridgerate before serving. YUMMY!

Rebecca, I have about the same recipe as yours . . .really good. I love the crunch so I normally always double that. And I always use a whole round bread and carve the inside to put the dip on for presentation of course
