Yes I do know what you mean and I really wish breeders selling their puppies would clue in prospective buyers BEFORE they are willing to sell. As there are so many who don't care where or who they sell to and just want the money, unfortunately, you end up with people with pet puppies that have no idea about anything often to the detriment of the puppy.
