I am not sure if it could be a problem. My concern is that they could potentially overprice these puppies based on the claim. If they are charging a normal price for a pet puppy for whatever the charge is for that part of the US, I wouldn't worry about it, if it is a marketing ploy then I would be concerned. You don't want to be fooled into paying more than you should on a claim that is not valid.
It is possible they just don't know any better.
If it is a pet you are looking for, these aren't bad from the pictures but better if you are close enough to go there to see for yourself, and the health guarantees would be important.
