Teddy has a sensitive stomach too. He does fine on Nutro Lamb and Rice dog food, but if you give him any human meat (except a little plain chicken), he will get the poops. It seems like he has a tummy ache too.

One thing I noticed is that if you give him something early in the day (just a small bite or two of plain chicken) and he has time to poop outside before he goes to sleep for the night he seems to be fine. If you give him anything in the evening, he will almost always get up in the night while we're sleeping and have the runs by the back door. The vet said give him Pepto and it works great for him.
