I feel your pain. Marcel will only be about 2.5 as an adult - and I am so scared to get him fixed.

I would really talk to the vet and staff about how many tinies they've done, whether they've encountered unique complications from tinies, how comfortable they are leaving her alone overnight.

IF they indeed are comfy w/ tinies and HAVE done plenty of tiny surgeries, they should welcome these questions.

You could always have her spayed somewhere where someone is there overnight. I would. If something did go wrong over night, it could go wrong very quickly for any dog post-surgery, but esp. a tiny.
