I think wet food is not any more problematic than dry food for their teeth as long as you take care of their teeth. After all, we humans can't expect to have nice teeth by not taking care of them. Even if we ate only dry food, that wouldn't really "clean" our teeth, ya know? Petzlife oral gel is awesome if your baby doesn't let you brush his teeth.
