Make sure you tell them exactly what happened, time you picked her up, time you noticed the incision was open. There is no way your baby chewed the stitches off if she was just spayed. They are much too sleepy and doped up from the surgery right after to do anything.
Give your vet one more chance to settle the matter fairly by telling them that you intend to lodge an officical complaint to the veterinary board. If they don't want to reverse the charges, then too bad for them. |
