I had some eldeerly friends in Texas some years ago. They had a poodle that they adored. Everytime I went to their house, the dog was constantly on my leg or my foot, humping. They appeared not to notice. I thought it was extremely rude of them to ignore it, most especially because I was continuously saying "NO! Louie! No!"

Needless to say, I was not a frequent visitor at their house. Though it is also 'natural instinct' for them to squat and pee or poo wherever they feel like it, we all try to train them not to do that. Bad habits are bad habits.
