Have you spoken to the manager? I would demand to speak to the highest person there. I would write letters. Document this just to have your own back. You must be persistant and hopefully it will pay off. What whak jobs these people are. Don't give up on this girl. I'm sure it might just seem easier to just let them 'have the money' but they are so wrong to charge you for this. Good luck. Go get them. Let us know how it works out.
