I can't beleive they are making you wait my doctor forced me to have mine out the gall stones can get stck and go into your pancreas(sp) and cause serious problems. Try to find another place to get it done sooner. I know first hand the pain doesn't go away it just gets worse and it get so bad that water will cause an attack. For now to keep the pain down you need to eat balnd foods nothing fatty nothing greasy that inclused cream cheese. your doctor should be able to help you with foods that will be safer. also i ate plain toast no butter(fat) that was all i could eat and then it got so bad i was having 3-4 attacks a day even from water.
