I posted on your other thread...The fact that your baby's producing ammonium urate crystals along with having the liver problems is what makes this a touchy situation...I don't think that diet alone will solve the problem. We have gone through this exact thing with Miko, and he had to have PU surgery to make him pee out of a new hole that is about an inch long because he could not pass the stones through his urethra through his penis. And he kept having to be connected to a urinary catheter. It sounds like your baby needs low, non-animal protein diet, lactulose, denosyl, and milk thistle.
