Unhappy Poor little Sully.....

I don't know about Sully, but I know on the (mercifully very few) occasions when Maggie has been ill, she acts as though the betrayal by her body has frightened her. All she wants to do at those times is to cuddle. Undoubtedly Sully is getting the best of all possible treatments just being allowed to sleep on your lap!

I'd get water into him, by whatever method. I'd not worry so much about replacing electrolytes in him on the very first incident of illness. Seems to me that Sully is a pretty good size and age. Plus which stuff like Gatoraid makes me throw up. I can't imagine a dog liking it.

And I bet the vet does tell you to use some Pepto. I know I've been given that advise by our own vet on prior pups with tummy upsets.

(And, good luck on the comforter....I'm sure the dry cleaner will be able to help. Just let them know what it is they're having to get out!)
