I'm sorry, I don't know a lot about liver shunts so I can't offer any helpful advice, but it sounds like you've gotten some good tips from other YT'ers. I just wanted to say I'm so very sorry your little baby isn't well, and I pray everything goes great with the surgery and he has a healthy and speedy recovery.
