I'm sure they use isoflourine for anesthesia. You can ask if they can do the neuter during the shunt surgery. it will probably depend on how comfortable they are with his stats during the shunt surgery. If all goes well they may be able to do it. doesn't hurt to ask. hopefully he'll do better this time around. Is he going to the same place he had the first surgery done?
