I have a blue heeler (Austrailian Cattle Dog) that we play frisbie and ball with. Our heeler is very good at catching too. Maggie has been watching Pepper very close. Now, all of a sudden, Maggie wants to retrieve too. We had told ourselves that we would not train another dog to play fetch. Well, I guess I will have to blame my heeler for this one. We now play fetch in the den with Maggie for one hour before bedtime. Conks her out for the night. Other than that, she doesn't try to get our attention with her toys. Come nighttime, you had better be ready. She does not forget, that she only has an hour before Nite Nite.
