If your dog is not finished teething I would only suggest waiting until you know she is not going to retain any puppy teeth and have to go under again.
I have a tiny and when she was fixed she weighed 2.8 lbs. She did great with her spay and her dental. In fact I had a really hard time keeping her quiet and not jumping the next day
