He needs rehydrating - do you have a syringe you could give him a few drops of water to get him started drinking ? I'm not sure what pedialyte is but I assume it's the same as dioralite which is essentially salt, sugar and water mix to rehydrate during periods of sickness you can make some of that up yourself and give it using a syringe. Immodium isn't a good idea for a small dog if they have a bug it's best to get it through the system IMO.
