Silly question: Do the teeth sometimes come out on their own? if so how can I tell?

In Kansas, I paid $25/tooth for Penny's four that needed pulled during her spay.

Teeth will sometimes come out on their own, as well. We found one of Riley's one day lying in front of her crate. You will know if there is a problem because you will see one tooth coming in directly behing another without the front one falling out.
