On his hair...if it's that matted - I'd suggest like someone said getting a bottle of Johnsons No More Tangles - it's in the baby section at most stores - spray it on and saturate your baby - then try to work out the tangles.... and then bath him....T
HEN - you might want to get some Ice on Ice from Chris Christensen Systems - the link is above ...to use for everyday - it really helps PREVENT matting - my girls don't wear any clothes without getting a spray first ....Good luck ...I would suggest maybe a puppy cut and start fresh though - then you can prevent tangles daily as his hair grows back...It can be alot of work keeping them long.
