I had Peanut spayed at 3 pounds with no problems or regrets, except for the fact that they forgot to send her home with pain meds. Grrrr!!!
I highly reccomend you get them just in case. I went and picked up pain meds the following morning and it made a world of difference. Good luck sweet little Maggie!!!
