I found a Danish website that has the gold-on-gold startkit (10$) and was thrilled, but then I saw the price: 126 Dkr. (20$) and then 5$ in shipping. I think I am going to have to come to the states for a shopping spree - I refuse to pay so much more just because I live in another country!
