First of all you need to find out WHY the incision opened. If she was chewing on the stitches then it would certainly be your responsibility to pay for re-stitching her. If her incision opened because of inadequate stiching or because the vet used surgical glue then that is another story. If it is the vet's fault you need to confront him. At any rate the vet/owner needs to know how you were treated. I can't fathom them letting that puppy go without so much as a bandage!
