My husband doesn't really care when I bring home another animal as I want them, pay for them and their care, food, vets, toys, treats, etc. I also take really good care of them, clean up after them, etc. That would be a start. Explain how you already take such good care of your Yorkie so what's another? You would take wonderful care of another. I also think it helps to throw in that you really want to discuss it with him as it matters to his feelings. Guys like that kind of stuff. But in the end, turn on the girl charm and tell him how happy it would make you as much as how happy your guy makes you. Make sense?
